Free Shipping Minimums are subject to change at any time. Free Shipping applies to US customers only. Alaska and Hawaii customers are not eligible to receive free shipping. Free Shipping delivery times vary, and displayed estimated times are not a guarantee. International orders are not subject to free shipping minimums.

For packages with a signature requested, additional charges apply. If you wish to request a signature service, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and which service you want to be applied and invoiced for your order.
Available signature services are:
General Signature Service - package can be signed for by any party at the receiving address.
Age Limited Signature Service - package can be signed for by anyone over the age of 18.
Restricted Signature Service - package can be signed for only by the party listed on the package address, and ID will be required.
If you are worried about your package arriving at a time when you are not home, or your delivery address is an apartment complex or multi-unit housing area, please contact us for will call service availability. We recommend this service for customers in these types of delivery addresses.
For lost or stolen packages, signature service will be required for return shipments and return shipments will be delivered to a local hub for the carrier service selected. Additional charges may apply for signature services in select cases, and you will be notified of any additional charges.
USPS, FedEx, UPS. Shipping options and expedited shipping services will be displayed at checkout. For free shipping, we will select the option that best suits your order.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are displayed at checkout. Shipping charges will be incurred with any expedited shipping service, and Free Shipping does not include expedited options.
UPS Hub Delivery: GeoPot.com offers UPS hub delivery for customers who are concerned about their packages arriving when out of town or not at home. It is recommended that you request this service if you have had packages lost or stolen in the past. Pickup location will be provided to you upon request.
For some orders, freight shipping service may be required in order to ensure the safe delivery of your GeoPot.com order. The following conditions will trigger freight shipping services:
Fragile or high-value merchandise such as lighting equipment
Large items exceeding the weight and size limitations of ground shipping
Orders with a total weight exceeding 400 pounds as a group or 150 lbs for a single parcel.
If requested, freight shipping can be provided. For freight shipping requests, please provide us with the following information to receive an accurate quote.
Is the delivery address residential or commercial?
Is the delivery address a rural address?
Is there a scheduled delivery time required?
Is a gate code necessary to ensure delivery?
Is a lift gate required upon delivery?
If proper delivery details are not disclosed at time of order placement and new charges are incurred, the customer is solely responsible for the costs. Additional charges will be invoiced to the customer.
Please check your order to make sure that the order is complete and undamaged before signing the bill of lading for all freight deliveries. GeoPot.com will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods unless you have made a note on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.

Our hours of operation are from Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. If your order is placed before 2 p.m. PST, it will be sent out that day except for in cases of a high volume orders. We are a small company, but we work tirelessly to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible and in the best condition upon arrival. If your order is not marked for shipment by 2 p.m. the day of the order, it will be marked by 2 p.m. the following day.
